John and his team did an complete tear down and new flat roof. They also did substantial repairs to my back porch with all new siding. They also also tuck pointed around my whole building. I would recommend them highly for this kind of work.

When John's team did our decks last year, he identified some problems with our concrete stairs and the seals around our home. We had him back this year to rip up our leaking and disintegrating stairs, lay new concrete, fix several limestone bricks around our fence, and to re-seal around the foundation of our house which had leaked. His customer service was --again-- phenomenal, walking us through every step of the process. His team was super communicative, asking questions and letting us know updates throughout the process. They were also quick and efficient - he got us in within the week. They also added another gate for us to keep our dog in the back yard. 10/10 would hire this team again.

Workers were very nice and explained everything before the work started, very reasonably priced.

We had John's Masonry replace the concrete steps on our Chicago bungalow. They did such a great job we hired them again to fix up the brick exterior and chimney. Very satisfied!

John and crew did an excellent job turning our backyard in lot usable space. We had concrete in very bad shape, an old planting bed and a small grass area that would grow very well. John’s crew leveled the whole area, replaced the concrete with pavers and added turf. The whole job took less than a week. Def recommend and would use again.
