Write a ReviewSteven Jinkins and Conner Little did a great job. Came to my house on time and walked me thru the different repair options.
The appointment was made for Dec 9 to do a preventive maintenance check on the electric heating system. They called the morning of Dec 9 to say they had overbooked and could I reschedule? It was rescheduled for Dec 13, but no email confirmation was sent. I called the afternoon of Dec 13 at 2:30 pm to confirm they were coming and was told it would be after 4:00 pm. I said "fine, I need to run to the grocery store but will be back before 4:00 pm. I returned home at 3:50 pm to find a call from the technician that he needed my gate code to enter at 3:14 pm. So I called the dispatcher again at 3:55 pm and she said she had another technician available. He showed up at 5:46 pm and was here a little over an hour. He was thorough and tried to do a good job. He left an estimate for an expensive repair that is questionable. I have used this company for a long time but this was an irritating experience primarily due to the person making appointments and the dispatcher.

they sent a sells person not a Pro tech to fix the issue with water heater, this company is no good they are not honest.
