Installers were EXCELLENT. Installed the shower beautifully and were wonderful to work with. Communication from the company regarding the installation date was awful, and then the management demonstrated shockingly little care for the predicament and stress they placed us in.

Ty R installed our Jacuzzi shower. He did a great job. He worked nonstop to get our shower installed on time. Ty was friendly, polite, considerate and a pleasure to have in our home. I would recommend him and Seattle Bath to a future customer.

The Consultant, Michael H. was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He assisted us in picking the design and fixtures, and assisted with financing. Everything was exactly as ordered. On the day of installation, John M. and Payton P. arrived on time and took great care to protect our furnishings before starting the project. They were both very friendly and respectful and they took pride in their work. John M. consulted with us prior to installing the bars and shelves to ensure placement was to our satisfaction. My husband and I are very pleased with our new shower.
