Garret and his helper were absolutely awesome. Their quality and efficiency of work is top notch. Their work ethic is what I would expect from any professional. There were some unfortunate issues during the install and a Big issue at the very end, but everything was dealt with calmly and professionally. Would highly recommend Garret and JBR to anyone looking to upgrade to a walk in shower.

JBRS has zero post sale customer service and their products are cheap & grossly overpriced! I have been waiting for 3+ weeks for anyone to respond to an itemized Punchlist of issues after both a shower & a shower/tub replacement. Issues include: Lost water pressure, poor preforming Jacuzzi fixtures, drainage problems, shower pan no longer supported by subfloor (= bouncy feel), yellow stains left on cheap hollow plastic shelf brackets, grout lines in both bathrooms do not align, walls left out of plumb, marginal clean up, etc. Worst of all: No attempt to make contact after email & mailing attempts and filling multiple satisfaction surveys! Last week, I instructed the bank financing their 12 month no interest/no payment promotion to withhold the 50% balance still owed. Still no response! Unbelievable! Do Not Use Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Seattle!

It was outstanding they came in remove the old bathtub. checked everything out to make sure thereâ s no dry rot or mold and put it all back together and it was done by buy the end of the day. amazing would do it again.

Austin and Kyle (& their crews) we awesome--very professional and yet friendly. Very knowledgeable, great work ethic & integrity. My new shower looks great because of the quality of materials used & they offer a lifetime warranty. They went above and beyond making sure that as a customer I was their top priority in making sure that I was happy. They did a great job of cleaning up behind themselves as well.

Anticipation was killing me but the end results are fabulous. Everyone was very personable from the estimator to the installers. My Lead man David Moto was so easy to work with and his attention to detail was spot on. I would recommend Jacuzzi to all my friends and family.

Fast, tidy and done properly. Our bathtub to walk in shower conversion was better than expected. JD and David were respectful, knowledgeable and very efficient. We couldn't be more pleased.
