Write a ReviewAugust 26 called JSP out to check on my xtrol pressure water tank because it was making a clicking noise that was coming from the power switch. Came out same day said the bladder ruptured would need a new tank. I agreed because the tank was 12 years old. Installed was a flex lite tank which he said was better. I'm a senior and a widow took his word for it. I paid $2172.66. It was not itemized. He gave me a $50 discount. He told me I would get water bursts for a while coming from faucets. Well he was right, however I lost pressure in my kitchen and bathroom faucets and the toilet was rumbling when filling and flushed. I called them out to check. He did not go under the sinks to clear the lines, instead he said it must be your faucets. He quoted me a price of $1303.48 for kitchen faucet if they picked it out fully installed or $756 if I bought the faucet myself. 3 strikes your out. Didnt fix problem. Found out I was over charged for flex tank $1200 instead.
In the fall of 2024 I inquired about a replacement for my heating and cooling systems in my house. I interviewed several plumbing companies, and one of them was JSP Hone Services, operating out of Kingston ,NY . Although many of my friends pointed out to me , that JSP has an atrocious reputation, I made a terrible mistake by allowing their sales representatives to convince me that JSP would complete the job of installing a heating and air conditioning system. I purchased a new heating and cooling system, in addition to an extended warranty and maintenance contract. During the winter the heating system worked in my home. However in the summer, the AC stopped working. It took JSP several days to try to get the air conditioner to work, with no relief to me as I endured my home with no air conditioning in the middle of a heat wave. After failing to fix the air conditioner JSP?s personnel seemed to abandon the job by not following up with a solution in a timely manner, in a situation that
Not enough characters here for the full story. Go see my Google review and all of the other horror stories of other people. Dangerous and sloppy work. They do not care about their customers. I was screwed over multiple times and they almost blew up my house. NEVER USE JSP
Very pricey, did a good job.
Nice enough guy they sent over, no complaints about the people they send out who were just hired by them. But... they quoted us 3800 for a job that Home Depot did for 1700 with a better unit, and much better warranty. So it seems the prey on people who have an urgent need for serivces, that was a very jacked price. Stay away.
They were very prompt. Have a great warrantee. Did a beautiful job installing and cleaning up.
Positive very satisfied
They were good and they showed up on time and got the job completed in a timely manner
Michael Kraiza was a pleasure to meet. His work was thoughtful and timely. Look forward to working with him again
Hard workers and professional.
