They came to assess a leaking boiler and tried to sell a brand new boiler for over $10,000, and another contractor repaired it for a few hundred dollars. The technician forgot what brand I had and did not seem to know what he was talking about.

So far, very pleased with the work, but services are expensive and done by the job, not time and materials.
