problem quickly solved

I’ve had an experience that “exceeds expectations” thus far with JSP. My project involves a new furnace & AC system and likely a full house water filter too. Specifically I’d like to call out the customer service and communications from them is uniquely wonderful. From my in home consultation scheduling, the survey appointment with John and estimate to very friendly office calls the days of final installation - they send text reminders & emails to confirm and communicate who’s going to be in your home (pictures & short bios). It really sets the bar for home improvement service. Bravo to everyone at JSP!

JSP installed a complete heat pump system, including hospital-grade clean air. We could not be happier with our choice of JSP to design and install the system. Our previous systems were just not designed right and never worked properly. Such a difference now! We both have asthma. Our home is now a safe haven from the allergens and other air pollution in our area. We are much healthier, and are comfortable year round. We had excellent support from both the office and the installation team. Travis, Brandon, and Trevor were like part of our family during the installation, so friendly and considerate, yet hard working and professional. Every day, it felt like they left the house cleaner than when they arrived! We heartily recommend any of JSP services, based on our experience.

Start to finish the customer service was exceptional! First, I don't find too many companies contacting you the next day after you fill out a contact form online (very impressed). Carly was really helpful, and got me scheduled for the next day. When the technician was on his way, I received both a text and an email. Jon Nix, the plumbing technician, was very friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. He was able to give me at quote on my leaking pipe within 10 minutes, and offered different options for how much each would cost. He was very professional and the finished product was not only functional, but aesthetically, a vast improvement over the existing pipes. He took the time to explain everything, and I felt very valued as a customer. The job took him a little longer to complete than estimated (only because the pipes were old and complicated) and not once did I hear him complain or anything about the time it was taking. He showed me all of the work, and even was kind enough to empty the bucket that had been catching the drip from the pipe. There are so many thoughtful things that he did that made for a great experience. I would absolutely hire them again!

The technician was very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem quickly. The workmanship was exceptional and he treated my home with respect. Overall I am satisfied with the job. However, I find them a little pricey. My neighbor told me he had the similar work done by another company for quite less. In the future I will use them if needed.
