Write a ReviewTechnician came out to house. Quoted me over $450 plus tax to install a thermostat. Said no, then got charged a $120 trip charge. Had another major job for them to do I cancelled immediately

Unlike the first company I called who said they can not come until January 15, JSP came the next day. The worker was respectful and knowledgeable. He checked out my furnace and found one part that was not working. He returned the next day with the part and installed it. He also adjusted all three thermostats and replaced a filter. I signed a maintenance agreement.

Workers did not show up on time. Initial evaluation of the problem was incorrect.

When a service person comes back to fix the problem I am having since my boiler had routine maintenance performed...

Work was excellent and took less than 2 hours. Charge of $1211.00 is very high and did not include the cost of the water heater.

Jason who did the estimate was very knowledgeable. Tech who did installation was very knowledgeable as well. They weren t able to complete entire job on day due to not having the parts? Other than that very efficient and cleaned work space after job. Very pleased and would recommend in future.
