Two original roof vents were leaking. Called four roofing contractors, but only JR was able to come out the next day. Inspected the roof and identified other vents with similar problems as the two which were already leaking. Took pictures for me to review. Replaced the two leaking vents with a better quality vent. Repaired caulking, shingles, and nails on all roof vents. Painted all vents. The price may have been slightly high, but JR's response and ability to repair my roof before more rain could cause further damage to the interior dry wall offset the difference. Cleanup before he left was excellent.

They came within the timeframe stated. Evaluated the issue, gave quote & was able to do the job & have it done quickly. Very impressed
