The project was a leak around a vent on the roof. The worker was on the job promptly after acceptance of the bid. The price was nominal and $100 less than the second bid. Other than a little language hurdle the project was done in a couple in a couple of hours. I even received a series of digital photos showing the progress of the work completed. Jaime did a good job. He does the work himself so you know it’s going to be the quality. He backed it up with a two-year warranty and says he’ll come back and fix it if there’s ever an issue in the next two years. He didn’t try to upsell us a new roof. I hired Jamie to fix leaks around the pipes on my roof. Jamie fixed the leaks the same day. I thought I had a problem related to the roof 2 days later, it was shown to be a different problem. Jamie fixed the problem at no extra charge. I would recommend.
