We asked for bids from 4 companies to construct a concrete and asphalt driveway on a new build. Joel was attentive to what we asked and helped us make decisions that made our original vision better. He was punctual in making a bid for the project and completing the job. They were able to solve problems we didn't even know were problems. They work with reputable concrete suppliers. We are glad we hired JNS Concrete. They offered us a fair price for a great job.

Joel is the best. I come from a professional real estate sales and investing background. Completed close to 40 remodels in my own portfolio. I’ve worked with more contractors than I can count. Most contractors are mediocre, at best. Some are decent on a good day or for a while but drop the ball on communication and/or finishing work. 
Joel Jr and Sr are better than all. The qualities that make “the Joels” as I affectionately refer to them and JNS better and excellent to work with are as follows: knowledge and experience, consistency, professionalism, attention to detail, clear communication, and patience. I first met Joel Jr as a sub for a remodel I was completing. I needed a new concrete patio. He worked with my budget and listened to what I wanted. Joel Jr and Sr completed the job on time, within budget and very professionally. They used rebar and doweling to insure the highest structural support for the patio and worked swiftly. They and their crew left the site in a clean and orderly condition. On that job, I learned that JNS is not just locally and family owned but second generation. The experience they have, and therefor the knowledge they have, is superior. I then called JNS with a major project on a different property where a previous contractor had done bad work. I was in a real bind. The Joels explained how they could remedy the concrete and framing. They are not just concrete experts, they know everything from landscaping to structural repair and painting. And they are resourceful, capable of calling in other trades experts as needed. They helped me understand every action of repair we needed to achieve the overall goal: restore the property to a safe and working condition that will last for years. I highly reccomend and will always refer the Joels and JNS whenever I can.

I have the best driveway in the neighborhood now. JNS showed up on time everyday. He delivered it exactly like he described. Since I park an RV on it, he modified the depth to 5 inches, the PSI to 5,000, added fiber to the concrete, and installed the rebar on 18 inch centers. He also brushed the concrete in a checker board pattern which looked great. JNS also added an extra parking spot and did a step onto the front porch. I'm happy.

From start to finish this process was professional! JNS is a family business and they took great pride in their work. We had a driveway replaced. We were not expecting concrete to look so nice! Our neighbors were so impressed that they hired JNS to complete an extended patio in their backyard. We plan on having a stamped patio poured at a later date and we would not consider any other company for our next job!
