He fixed a pipe that burst during the winter storm extremely quickly. We were getting ETAs from other companies of up to 3 weeks, but he came out the same day I called him and had it fixed that day.

Dishonesty. Refused come to my home to inspect the property prior to starting the project. He has no idea how to install an overhead rack for my garage. He told me that he had installed them before. He lied. I had to explain to him how to install them. He coded me $100 for two racks but increased the price after he found out how much they cost for installation. He demanded me to pay $200 for two racks or threatened to take them down if I did not pay him as he demanded. Not interested to recommend him to my friend or using him again. Bad business if you are not honest with your clients.

I went on and beyond and the job went four times because he kept changing his mind after I finish the job he was not even there right he just wanted to give me $100 for almost 7 to 8 hours of work and I had told him that I was gonna do it for that amount then I was going to do it for 200 and he kept trying to lowball me and I refuse so that?s why he?s upset

Excellent work, Jay was on time. He walked me thorough, explained the problems in the gutters and joints and fixed them. He took before and after pictures and also told me that the gutters don t need any covering, which I was considering, since there are no large trees. That was honesty, he didn t try to push sell. Thank You Jay for all the work.
