When I spoke to Mr. Mike I asked him about the tree stump and he said he could do it. I also have a big oak which I asked him could he trim some of the branches and he said yes. I told him about two branches over the house, trimming two other branches, one overhanging the front fence and another branch. I was not there and left his payment with my neighbour because I was on jury duty. The agreed upon date he did not do the job because I got a message later that one of his trucks broke down. He then came the next day but when I got home, I didn't think he had come because the two lower branches including the one overhanging the fence was still there. Then I looked at the two branches that overhung the house and saw that it wasn't trimmed but cut almost to the trunk of the tree. I don't know if those branches will ever grow out again. The tree stump was removed and that was fine. Overall, I don't think a good job was done based on what Mr. Mike and I talked about. I know it's only a tree but how would he feel if someone cut off his arms to the shoulder?? I was going to use him again for another tree but I'll find someone else. I should have waited the three weeks on the other company.

Sean and Lorena were awesome to work with. Will definitely use them again. The crew was very timely and took care for the surrounding fence, garage, etc. Would definitely recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

The service is great and the staff is friendly and professional. I am new to the neighborhood but my neighbor who lived here more than 30 years indicated this is the first time my tree has ever been trimmed right. The other neighbor called out to me and gave it a thumbs up. I am guessing the previous owners tree trimmer weren't very good. I will be a repeat customer with JL Tree Service; they are great and does the work with great passion..They cleaned up everything very well. Thanks JL Tree!
