Josh has a great disposition, and was professional and proactive. Cleaned and removed the mold in my basement and placed clear plastic covers over my basement windows to prevent similar problems in the future. Definitely recommend!

the provider failed to make good on a dehumidifier install/failure to operate properly. The provider did come back to inspect the install after I contacted him but did not live up to his promise for further assistance even though he said he would. The dehumidifier is still not operateting properly.

Gary, Ive been to your property numerous times, unfortunately you do not have a sump or drain. Dehumidifiers need constant attention when those factors are not available. Sorry you felt that way. Have a good day.

Josh is professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to do business with. We were under a deadline to get mold removed in the attic so we could finish an insulation job and he promptly and efficiently got it done. Highly recommend.
