Josh is an experienced professional that cares about what he does. I am in the process of selling and buying a home and I initially contacted him about mold in the attic of the home I am purchasing. He called me back in minutes time! He showed up on a Sunday to give me an estimate and peace of mind. I ended up needing venting work done in the house I am selling and I hired him for that as well. I highly recommend Josh with Green Home Solutions. He is responsive, extremely knowledgeable, quick, and effective. You will not be disappointed. Update! JMC Mold Solutions just completed the work mentioned above. Josh is a very honorable business man. You can hire Josh with peace of mind that the work that needs to be done will be done right or not at all. Josh and his business is a life saver.....Literally. I was so overwhelmed on a house I had to prepare to sell when I seen this mold and just how bad it was. I tried to get a few quotes and everyone was quoting me a ridiculous amount without ever stepping foot inside the house. Josh came by the home after reaching out to be. Walked through the home and with confidence said that he can take care of it without any issues. The quote he provided me was amazing for the quality of work and thoroughness of the mold cleanup. He performed a 'surgical' cleanup of the mold, provided recommendations on future flare ups, treated the area and hauled away everything in his trailer. I would not waste anymore time searching for a mold specialist. You have found the right company here. Other companies I realized over inflated the price and was adding so many others tasks they said they would have to do to get rid of the problem. Well.......the problem is gone, basement smells fresh again and more importantly I feel safe staying inside the home now. - Alsson
