Payment was also completed at that time, which I understood as confirmation that the project had been delivered according to the agreed scope. About a week later, I received an additional request to repaint the garage door and trim due to an HOA requirement. Because I was already committed to other scheduled projects, the additional work would have required multiple visits to allow proper drying time and to apply a different color between coats. I explained this clearly and respectfully when your husband called me directly. He stated that multiple visits would not be necessary, and a few hours after that conversation, this review was posted. Some parts of the review do not accurately reflect what occurred during the project, but I respect your perspective. I value all feedback and will continue working to improve communication, scheduling transparency, and overall customer experience.
