Prompt service and great work

J.A.M. Insulation was such a delightful surprise. James showed up exactly on time for our appointment for an estimate and to do the work (after giving me a reminder call the day before and 15 minutes before he was to arrive. The work was supposed to take 2 to 2 1/2 hours, but James and Marin were done and had cleaned up in 1 1/2 hours. And even better, James and Marin charged me LESS than the estimate (about $100). They were friendly and professional. I'm looking forward to a warm winter with lower hearing bills. I cannot praise them enough.

James was very thorough about explaining the work to us and did an outstanding job !

James was responsive to calls and questions. He was very good at keeping in touch as we scheduled the site visit for estimation. He was flexible to work with my schedule, and arrived on time to begin the job. He laid down protective drop clothes to keep every thing clean. When the job was done, there was no evidence he was ever here...except for the beautiful new layer of blown insulation in the attic. His rates were very reasonable as well.

I have to admit, they exceeded expectations. Unlike many contractors I ve have dealt with in the past, James came out and provided the estimate, told me when he and his help would arrive and they did so. Right on time. They laid drop clothes in the hallway leading to the attic and promptly cleaned any insulation that may have fallen from the attic. I would highly recommend JAM.
