James was very professional. He explained the different levels and types of insulation and he answered all of my questions. When he got the contract, he showed up on time, used a high level of COVID-19 safety protocol, and when the job was completed, he totally cleaned the area! I highly recommend his company!

It's owner-operated so you deal with the actual principal in the business. He is very interested in informing you about what needs to be done and why and also what he is going to do. They are very professional about their presentation and operation, respectful of the property and social distancing and wearing PPE. I highly recommend J.A.M. with absolutely no reservations at all!

Very good experience. Everything was professional and on time. They worked with us when we needed to arrange the schedule. The price was competitive. House is cooler and the AC is working less hard. Looking forward to lower bills.

I enjoyed my experience with JAM Insulation. They have taken the time to discuss what they do, why they chose certain products, and further recommendations. For my purposes, they applied a spray reflective barrier which did help with making my attic temperatures more manageable. I also spoke with them regarding possibly increasing the blown-in insulation to reach an R-value of 49. I will definitely go with JAM insulation for my next project.
