James was wonderful and explained everything very clearly so that I understood the materials he was using, as well as his process. He even made sure I knew that the work he was doing in our home would qualify us for a rebate from GA Power. I would definitely recommend JAM Insulation!

Emily and James were wonderful to work with from the initial contact all the way installation. James explained all about insulation and answered all of my questions. Day of installation it was raining and JAM covered everything with tarps. Vacuumed everything when they were done. Left everything spotless. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely the best. Emily and James run an extremely professional business, which is hard to find nowadays. Emily was great on the phone, and then James, on his initial visit was very informative and made recommendations of what would be most helpful to properly upgrade my attic insulation. He did not try to "sell", but merely "suggested" and let me make the decisions. On the day of installation, James arrived on schedule, completed the job in the timeframe he expected, and most importantly, made sure I was 100% satisfied. Although I only got the one quote, I feel the pricing was more than fair. Once I met James, I had no reason to look any further for someone to handle this project.
