James completed the initial inspection and clearly showed us just how bad the condition of our attic was. He did a phenomenal job explaining current code requirements, DOE recommendations, and the options available to bring everything up to standard. He was punctual, professional, and never once tried to upsell anything. His wife, Emily, was excellent with communication throughout the entire process—from the initial inspection all the way through project completion. Both of them were hands-on and present while the work was being done. They left our home spotless—not a speck of dust anywhere—and did an outstanding job with cleanup. Afterward, James walked us through the before-and-after, and the difference was incredible. We’re so glad we chose their company for this project and will absolutely recommend them to any friends or family who need similar work.

James did a great job explaining the scope of the work and recommending just what we needed. His past experience with roofing was a plus in discussing our blown-in attic insulation needs. Since James also did the work, everything was done exactly as outlined and on time. Installation was done with minimal impact to home and their clean up was excellent. Looking forward to getting our GA power and Federal rebates for the new insulation!
