Integrity Handyman License Not Yet Provided

This was my first time using Home Advisor. I found the site easy to use and they gave me 3 contact's the very next MORNING which was great! I would have preferred for the handyman to let me know that more than one person would be showing up at my house,and how long the project was going to take. Other than that they were on time and he stayed within my budget.

His estimate was cheap but he ended up charging me $40/ hour! He made two gates for my front gates and they looked like a little boy made them. Nails were sticking out. I counted over 40 nails on one gate alone. My supply got wasted from Home Depot. I’ll be putting those gate in the trash can and I’ll be putting the old gates back on. At least those are safe. Who uses big nails on a gate? He should have used screws, but I didn’t check. I was super sick and he knew that. He charged me $450 for nothing. He gave me an estimate for putting green privacy fence in the backyard. That was $150 and he did an okay job on that. He broke my screen door, however, or I should say ground it. Now I need to replace the whole screen door. I asked him to fix my lock on the screen door but he ended up ruining it and he tells me I didn’t charge you for that. It doesn’t mean you can just ruin it. Super disappointed and never going to recommend to anyone!

I hired him to install a door. He cracked the door frame while trying to screw it on the wall.The door was not leveled making it hard to open/close. He did not finish project. Spoke with him about finishing project and each time he gave me a different excuse.

I hired them to install/replace weather stripping on my doors and windows. the stripping started falling off right away. I called and texted him and asked him to fix it. after several attempts to contact him, he finally answered the phone and said he would schedule a time to come back. it has been several days and I still have not heard from him. If he comes back and makes it right, I will change my review.. still haven't heard back from them to have this resolved. everything they put up is falling off. they clearly did something wrong! I paid $244 for this mess.
