"I had a leak in my roof and it was supposed to rain within a few days. They made room for my and came out the very next day. Luckily, the repair was done that same day and within it rained the next day, no new damage was done. Thank you Devine Roofing and staff."

What impressed me the most was that he took pictures (on his own initiative) when he went up on the roof in order to determine what the problem was. That way, he was able to show me what he was talking about as he explained the problem and his diagnosis. I ended up hiring Richard, and when he finished the project, he once again had pictures to show, and not just of the final product. He had several pictures of his work during the project. I found Richard to very honest and upfront. It has not rained since his work, so I will not know for sure if the leaks have been completely taken care of. The reason why I gave Richard 5 stars in the area of work quality is because of the workmanship derived from the pictures and the fact that he stands by his work with a 1 year warranty. Once I signed, they pulled the permit with Riverside County that afternoon. They charged nothing for this except for the face value cost of the permit itself. They were onsite with a full crew the very next morning for the tear-off of the old roof. We left for our sonâ s graduation, and I expected weâ d come home to a bare roof, and the install would be done the next day. No. I returned to find the tear-off completed, and the installation nearly finished! I climbed up to the roof to watch the remaining work.
