I have trying to get rid of the rats and mice myself unsuccessfully. He has caught several already and sealed up all potential entries. He is coming back in a week to make sure all is still clear. He left traps outside and in the crawl space. The cost is worth getting rid of the pests! We have been worried about the damage we knew was possible.

Reasonable, thorough and accommodating. I thought I had shown him the spots where there might be a problem source, but he looked in a lot more spots. For example, he pulled out my stove and sure enough there was a tiny opening and evidence of mice. He placed small boxes that would catch any that still got in. He had a special key to unlock them, as they were pet and child safe; he returned in 3 days to check the boxes. In the interim, I had discovered 2 more areas with droppings, one being upstairs! So he plugged another point of entry. And he will be back again in 3 days to check again. He will come whenever needed in the first 30 days. I had another bid that included a 1 year contract for $1200!!! This guy was a fifth of the other plan. Both of them did thorough exams of the property, k side and out.

Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable service. Very pleased with this company. Took care of our bumble bee nest issue. Besides taking care of bees in an eco friendly way. He came back and put a sealant product to prevent further nest building. All included in fee. Happy to support small family business. Will use this company again for any other issues in the future.

Needed a WDO inspection form completed, ie Termite inspection, for our refi. Very professional. Flat rate. Educated us in other possible issues and remedies not related to WDOs.
