We called Innovative for a quote. They came quickly and gave a great quote. The crew came yesterday, worked all day and did a fantastic job! They were all professional, kind, and hard workers. They did a fantastic clean up after. Our driveway is not the easiest to get down to the house, but Innovative had a great plan! We highly recommend them for your next job!!

I put in a request on their website and Jordan called me later that day and set up an appointment time. He showed up for the appointment exactly on time. He was extremely courteous and professional. He climbed up on the roof and took pictures off the problem areas. He also made a video of himself stepping on a specific area to show me that the decking was rotting underneath. He gave me an estimate to replace 2 pipe boots, replace the shingles in that area, replace the damaged decking board and to install water and ice shields in that area. We agreed on the price and he told me it would be about a week for them to come out because of their busy schedule. That was on a Friday. Then the following Monday morning Jordan texted me to let me know they were coming that day to do the job. After the job was completed, Jordan sent me pictures of the areas before the job and then after it was completed. He even took pictures of the damaged decking when it was exposed to show me how bad it was. I am relieved that the job is done, and I am very happy that I went with Innovative Roofing. I highly recommend them and I will use them in the future should I ever need to.

Bob from Innovative was responsive, knowledgeable, and professional through the entire project cycle. The quality of the work, the diligence of the crew (especially on clean up afterwards), and their punctuality was much appreciated. Innovative did a full replacement on both our home and garage in just 2 days! All minor issues were resolved promptly (not contractor is perfect!) and all warranty documentation was delivered in a timely fashion. Only time will tell just how good a roof system it is (GAF) and how well it was installed, but based on my years of actual roofing experience as a licensed property manager and having worked for 2 different home builders, I would say this has been one of the best roofing experiences I have had in over 40 years in the business.

Customer service is exemplary. This company delivers as promised: job began and finished sooner than expected at projected cost (very reasonable). Clean up pristine. They came back out in very timely manner to adjust rain diverter. Very pleased overall and will hire again
