Infinity from Marvin - Cleveland

We had 3 doors replaced and had issues with all 3 sets. We contacted Infinity. by Marvin on 14 different occasions over a 9 month period before they finally fixed their poor work. After that we received false and demanding communication from the company. I was told they are going through quite a bit of management and operational changes which explains why they lack customer service and quality products. I highly recommend using an alternative company such as Pella or Renewal by Anderson.

They were a great value, provided timely service, neat and professional. My door look outstanding. Numerous positive comments have been made regarding the upgrade.

Could not get another company to replace just 1 window. Infinity was nice and did an excellent job. Was very pleased with there work.

Yes, the windows look great and are better than what we had. We did feel that we did not receive the best deal, being we saw Offers for better deals. We would have replaced more window. The salesman should have informed us of the deals,way of saving Money. We will replace more windows, we like the windows.

The company was very good to work with. I gave the rating a 4 because my salesman was not as forthcoming with me as he could have been. Any promise to make a sale...I also feel the foot lock in the sliding door is very cheap...does not go with the doors quality.

Very professional installation crew. Extremely careful in protecting the home during the construction. Left the place very clean. They are polite and responsive to follow up calls and questions. Very top notch organization.
