Bill, the owner, was very responsive and returned my call within 1 hour. He was willing to schedule on a Saturday and even flexible to do on a Sunday when it rained that day. He was very thorough and willing to take the time to explain some issues. He was there 2-3 hours and rechecked some items he wasn't sure about. He took lots of photos and did some research work after the inspection to make sure roofing and siding was installed to manufacturer specifications so warranties remain valid. The detailed report was still emailed promptly the next day, as promised. The cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Bill and In and Out Inspections
