Came on a rainy Sunday as we were in a hurry to get a report. Bill had the complete report sent to us the same day (unbelievable). service. We were very impressed with the thorough complex report. Our realtor was also impressed and requested a card.

I can't say enough good things about Mr. Bill he was amazing! He was early for our appointment and didn't waste time getting started on the inspection. He explained and answered any questions we had and he got the inspection report to us early the day after the inspection. I would recommend him to anyone that needs a home inspection!

Bill is a consummate professional and we highly recommend In & Out Home Inspections. We hired In & Out to inspect our new construction home and since we purchased it on-line, sight unseen, Bill acted as our very own â Professional WalkThru Technicianâ . The report was concise, easy to understand and pictures were provided to illustrate the defects. Had we done our own inspection/walk thru, I am positive we would not have found what Bill found. We simply do not have the expertise to perform such an important function. Weâ ve purchased several homes over the past 30 years or so and found that having new construction professionally inspected is just as important if not more so than a used home. Of all the inspectors weâ ve hired over the years, Bill with In & Out Home Inspections is at the top of the list as the most personable, professional and thorough weâ ve had the pleasure to work with.
