Can highly recommend the services of In and Out Home Inspections! I recently needed to have a home inspection completed for the purchase of a home. Bill replied quickly when I reached out to see if he would travel to my town to do an inspection. He patiently answered my questions through emails, texts, and calls, and we set up an appointment for within the next week to do the inspection. He arrived on time and got to work right away. He was professional, very knowledgeable, and shared his honest wisdom regarding my concerns and questions. I greatly appreciated his "thermal imaging" inspection to give me peace of mind regarding the question of any moisture in a ceiling that had leaked before getting new roof, and behind a wall. His price was competitive. I received the report within less than 24 hours, and he documented all recommended work that he felt should be completed before settlement. From start to finish it was a great experience working with Bill and would definitely recommend In and Out Home Inspections!

Bill did a thorough inspection of our house under construction. He walked us through the house and explained all of the deficiencies he found. Bill patiently answered all of our questions. We gave his report to the construction manager who will correct all of the deficiencies. We are so glad we hired Bill and will have him come back for the final inspection before closing.

Bill was very good at explaining what he was doing and the condition of the building inspected. Bill was very patient with the tenants, allowing them to get ready for work or school, and giving them space to function while still doing a through inspection. The end report was well laid out, had meaningful comments, and was supported by plenty of pictures. I strongly recommend In And Out Home Inspections, especially for new home buyers who have never been through a home inspection before.
