Very happy with the hurricane shutters and the installers, they were great!! I would definitely recommend them.

The work did not pass code inspection. They returned and corrected the error. They did not return to finish the job after finally passing code inspections. I had to call repeatedly. Also they damaged an interior blind.The fabric was torn. I had paid them in full with the understanding they would pay for the repair of the damaged blind. I have emailed and called their office. I am not pleased. I am disappointed. I had higher expectations than what they promised.

AHT did a repair job for me last year. I used the electric shutter once and it failed in exactly the same manner that it did before they â repairedâ it. I was shocked when I called them that they would not honor any warranty. I recommend you never use these folks to repair your shutters and for those of you that are contemplating using these folks, I would avoid, as your warranties may be useless.

I recently said I was unhappy but they showed up about 20 minutes later. Workmen were great and friendly. Not only did they repair the stuck panel, they also checked that the other shutters were working properly, They have relieved my stress about the upcoming hurricane season.
