"This was a media room. Demolition, framing, panel electrical (subcontractor), recessed lighting, line conditioning, and in-wall/ceiling speaker and HDMI runs. Also, built-in cabinetry for storage beneath plasma. Riccon selected because of Todd's willingness to meet with A/V vendor to plan hand-offs before the bid was let, details adequately captured so that cost of individual components of job were understood beforehand (resulting in no disagreements or change orders) and the price. The design was well implemented and workmanship was good although a few punch list items remained that were handled promptly. There were several items, such as Lutron smart dimmer setup, that Riccon was not familiar with but since I served as guinea pig they are now. I used my own painter. The job turned out great, pretty much on schedule, and met my expectations for functionality and look."

We were looking to close off a room at the top of our back stairs to make a an extra bedroom, as well as repaint a few rooms and paint a built in desk, mudroom lockers, and railing. They made it look like all the remodel work was part of the original build of the house. Seamless. Chase was committed to perfection and checked in with us every step along the way. "My family is really satisfied with the service we received. Ramin took the time to listen to us and understand exactly what we need and worked around our budget. Our house is on the older side so when we started remodeling the bathroom, we ended up redoing the whole floor and walls because of mold as a result the budget for vanity set came down. But Ramin offered to build a custom cabinet similar to what we had in mind and managed to stay in the price range. Right now my bathroom is the favorite part of my house. We would definitely hire them again for kitchen and living room renovation."
