from the very start, Raza showed a respect for my property -- he took off his shoes while walking through my home to give me an estimate. He gave the best bid, showed uo when he said he would, and got the work completed on time and cleaned up after themselvres. IIQ Builders did a great job.

Raza and team were absolutely exceptional in every possible way. I had read terrific reviews about how transparent and honest he was and that was absolutely the case. We hired them to build a patio and pergola in our backyard and his crew did a phenomenal job. They cleared all the old rubble from our backyard (there was so much back there), removed a dying tree, and built the patio and pergola exactly as it was requested. Raza is a wonderful person to work with and I would highly recommend this team!
