Things started out great and I thought we were approaching the home stretch but I have been left in limbo for the last week. The garbage has not been picked up, the smaller projects have not been completed and communication is now scarce.

I struggled to find a company to finish my living condo ceilings with a stucco finish. After many, many calls and quotes, I found IM Stucco and I hired them. Their quote was competitive and they completed the project with perfection. They were excellent to work with, and very responsive to my calls. I hired IM Stucco to remove a door block up the hole with concrete block and glass block and finish the stucco work on the outside. The stucco work was excellent. I brought him back to fix an area where electrical boxes were removed. Again the work was excellent. There were some issues with the block work initially. IM Stucco was responsive to my concerns and worked to correct the issues. I am well satisfied with the work done.

I hired IM stucco for a very difficult chimney and stucco work. He was professional from beginning to the end of the project. He took the time to carefully calculate the total cost and gave me multiple options so that I could save money. The work involved significant amount of demolition, brand new framing and applying new stucco with all fair pricing. At the end, it came out as a beautifully done stucco work. Kervin, who owns IM stucco is one of the best contractors I have had pleasure to work with. I would definitely use his company in the future.
