Dr. Nasser was very professional. He came out, listened to to my needs, provided recommendations and solutions, and delivered as promised. I was not looking forward to construction in my house but he made a very dreaded experience a great and pleasant one. I would highly recommend him.

Mr. Nasser was the most difficult person to deal with. He started out attentive, I think just to get the job, then delay after delay. After 2 weeks of no workers at the job, he even did not show up when there was a city inspection. So delayed again. So becareful with his over promises and under deliveries.

I wouldn't use this company again.

I will never recommend any one, has no ethics and respect for any one and his own. because of him my project got delayed.

We had Hassan come in and tell us that the post in the hallway is not structural. Based on his advise, we started demolition the post only to find it was a 8X8 solid post holding a beam up. Hassan told us that the post was overbuild and the beam was not on top of it but on the side but it turned out to be supported. Now we have a half demolished post and need to pay to repair and restore it. Such a bad experience because we relied on him for advice. Will never do business with him again.

Hossam was WONDERFUL!!! He took the time to not only verbally explain the issue but DREW it out :) I hired someone prior to him and regretted doing so. I needed a second opinion, not only because you should BUT because I wasn't comfortable with engineer that came out. I felt confident on Hossam especially after he took the time to explain!!! THanks Hossam. I definitely will be seeing you when the final work starts.

He was reliable, and timely. Felt confident with his analysis and ability to determine the issues. He responded immediately and had a timely letter for our use. His pricing was also reasonable for the services provided.
