Hossam walked us through the whole process. We had a real bad experience with a different Structural Engiineer shortly before contact Hossam. So were really nervous. Hossam was professional and his work and team were the same. He put my wife at ease with the process and she was comfortable asking questions, knowing he was there to help us and to provide a professional service..no question too small. He met the deadline ahead of schedule. We picked up drawings last week... I just got permit today!!We are so happy Homeadvisor had him listed. Although scared by our other experience, we knew if Homeadvisor recommended him,it would be safe. He and Homeadvisor exceeded our expectations!

Mr Nasser was very quick to return phone calls and came out the next day for the inspection I needed. The written report needed to be tweaked several times to appease the bank and he had no issue with all my requests to get the report just right!!! Thank you
