I'm not one to leave reviews but felt compelled to do so for ICG. We hired Hossam to provide structural drawings for a small, 6x10, elevated deck behind our house. It’s been nine months and his plans have been rejected by the city of Richmond three times. Early on, I pointed out many of these issues to him (I am a designer familiar with technical drawings) but was told to stick to my profession. Please proceed cautiously with ICP; I do not recommend their services

I hired Hossam to do a structural engineering analysis of my house as I wanted to moved a heavy (700lb) safe onto a raised floor. He completed the analysis quickly and professionally and recommended some structural improvements. I used the construction company he recommended - again, they did the work quickly and competently and in a very friendly manner. I would recommend ICG to anyone who needs structural engineering done.

I hired Hossam to do a rush job on a foundation inspection. He was prompt (arrived earlier actually) and did a thorough job during the inspection. I had to call him a few times to rush the job at my real estate agent's request and each time he was very responsive in our communications. He had identified some minor structural issues that require several thousand's dollars worth in repairs, so that was helpful in going back to our seller to renegotiate the price. I would definitely recommend Hossam if you have a structural issue you need evaluated and want great professional work with prompt customer service.
