Indoor quality testing. Was getting sick with allergies and he found mold. He explained everything in detail and was very professional, honest, punctual. He has solved are problems and we're glad we found him.

My wife had crazy allergies ever since we moved in our new home and we couldn’t figure why no matter what we tried. A friend of mine recommended Joel and we hired him. He was amazing! Not only he found our problem (the AC and ductwork were full of mold) he also guided us what should be done to fix it and prevent it from happening again. Joel was familiar with the issue I had concerning the different mold types and helped me resolve the issue with clear, unequivocal language.

Joel completely scammed us. We paid him $2000 and he promised he would come and diagnose our air problem in our home to let us know if it was either mold or dander or coming from gas off from the foam insulation(which he didn?t even check). He asked for a check instead of a credit card and cashed immediately. Two days later, he asked for $3600 more to determine ?exactly? whether it was mold or danger and mentioned another $500 to test for the foam. He swore over the phone to me that he would pinpoint our problem for the original $2000 then after he cashes the check and leaves his ?results? are nothing clear and just a statement saying if we want real results we have to cough up more. Completely scammed us and won?t give us our money back.

Joel was a very honest about what we needed and the route we should go. He went above and beyond. Great customer service! He answered all my questions and did not make me feel as if my questions were dumb.

I had mold under my refrigerators and I had called several companies, and they all quoted me these ridiculously high prices . I got the call from Joel Fallas and he came over here within an hour. He was so quick. He looked at the problem, I said I was going to pay you for this, and told me what to do to get rid of the mold. I tried to pay him and he said no. He said I will not take your money. I did what he told me to do and I got rid of the mold, and he called me later that day to see how it works and make sure if I was happy,, and I said yes. I just what to tell how honest this man.
