The price was great. Communication was great. They tried hard to fix all the problems. The problem is that the material is so cheap-looking. Had I known that it would be so bouncy and cheap looking I would have chosen a different material. I need to rely on the professional to recommend a quality product, and I feel like they lead with this cheap stuff just to get the job. Now I am stuck with a quality-built deck that looks like a pair of shoes from Payless.

Joe cares immensely about customer satisfaction. In an industry where professional integrity is too often in short supply, Joe brings a double-dose. From the bid stage all the way through project completion Joe's communication was excellent. He worked with our budget and stayed within it, and insisted on addressing and correcting any imperfections or other areas that we were not completely satisfied with, no matter how small. His knowledge from nearly 30 years as a builder is an invaluable asset, and enabled him to make experience-based suggestions to improve our project that we never would've even thought to ask about. We will definitely use Joe and his team for future projects.

Joe is personable & checks-in frequently during the progress on the job. He addressed any issue we brought-up & corrected it. His carpentry team was excellent in craftsmanship. We have another job we are planning to add in the future. Joe & team is who we plan to call!
