John was very efficient and did an excellent job completing the tasks I needed done. In addition he is a very nice person as were his two "helpers"...his wife and his grandson. I will certainly contact him again if I need anything else done.

John kept me appraised of progress, had good ideas for options, explained issues clearly, cleaned up all debris, and finished the job on time.
