They did an excellent job! They were business-like, reliable, fast, and hard-working. Cleaned up well, even suggested a better hand rail for our deck which needs to hold 6 big rescue dogs! Very nice group! Am thinking of hiring them later this year for another project! Keith is just a jewel!

Keith and his assistant Val were excellent. The project was on time, high quality in both materials and workmanship. Keith is always on time and responds quickly. Will call on him for future needs and recommend him to all my neighbors. I placed his business card on the information wall.

Keith Medley was recommended by Home Advisor to us as a Professional to enclose our rear porch and turn it into a Sunroom/4 season room. When Keith came to measure and draft a contract he assured me that he was going to make sure he squared up the porch when he framed the walls, they are anything but square. When we talked about the windows he said they were ordered and cost $3500, After he left I asked him for a receipt for my taxes next year for the windows and he sent me an e-mail with the figures of $575 (installation, $2437.32 windows and door, for a total $3047.32) far cry from $3500 when they were ordered! We talked about the windows matching the home and put in at the same height as to not look like an addition and he said no problem, not one of them are the same height as the windows in the 6 month old home! The windows had a couple deep scratches in the glass that the factory came and took care of and I asked the repairman why when cleaning the windows they move away from the window box and he told me there was not enough nails put in during installment, (They recommend a nail every other hole). I asked them to adjust the sliding door as I could not get it to adjust properly, they tried also and them measured and informed me that the door was 3/8 inch out of square and will not adjust properly or seal properly until taken out and reinstalled properly. The trim work is 1x4 wood not actual trim. I was told they would clean up every day and that didn't happen, I was told they would run a magnet over the yard for screws and nails when finished, didn't happen, The windows are installed at different heights and angles from each other in the window boxes he built, He charged me twice for some electrical work when he finished and afterwards when I contacted him, he said (your right) and sent me a refund. I will say the so called contract looks out for him, there were no plans drawn up as another reviewer stated they got. He said he Guarantees his work for 1 year, I can't get him to make this work right and it is in my opinion Not Professional ! This room was 12' x 20' and we had the same thing done at our last home 19' x 21' for half the price and the difference in the workmanship is night and day (and that was done 2 years ago in PA) All I can say is buyer beware, I will be taking another road (legally) to resolve this mistake I made hiring this person.
