Keith Medley is an incredibly experienced contractor, having built 350 houses in his career. He was very specific in his explaining what would be done, he drew up great plans, and he was timely everyday he worked. He was methodical and meticulous in the building of my addition, even re-doing several things that looked fine to me, but wasn't up to his very high standards. He cleaned up thoroughly after each day of working, and he was patient with me as the home owner when I sometimes followed him around asking questions about the process. His work partner, Valentin; was a reliable, tireless and incredibly hard working contractor who was a pleasure to have around the house, as was Keith. These contractors made this remodel relatively painless, and for someone new to remodeling, I will now feel secure in knowing I have the name and experience with this contractor for future projects.

Keith Medley is top notch! He shows up when says he will show up. Work quality is top notch.b Will definitely use him in the future. I highly recommend him . He added a railing and banister to our existing back porch. He goes the extra mile (by sanding the banisters to prevent splinters). AAA rated by me.

We contracted with Keith Medley after receiving 2 other bids. Keith's bid was about 5% more but we could not have made a better choice. Keith is the ultimate professional. His work is top notch. He used screws instead of nails and hand cut the necessary shapes for the pergola. We live in an HOA Community and he provided all necessary documentation to the ARCH. COMM. The project was approved in 2 days and the chairman advised me that Keith's drawings and plans were the best ever submitted to the Comm. My wife and Keith worked well together and he incorporated many small changes at no additional costs. Keith is an ultimate professional who states he is not through until you are satisfied.

Good experience during this project. Keith did exactly what he said he was going to do. After the project was completed I noticed a few items that needed tweeked and Keith came back and did the necessary adjustments the same day I called - amazing !
