Power washing process chipped off paint from my front storm door and rear painted foundation. Water splashed on all windows around work area as well as door and window frames - even the second floor windows. Damage to plants. Water splashed onto my car, which was in the garage (I had offered to move car and was told it was not necessary).

This job was a front and back concrete walkway, My crew did the work as required and more, I sincerely apologize if she was not happy with our services as I tried calling and personally speak with the customer which I left a detail message for her to call me back in order to make it right. I received an email instead of a call and I tried make things right as she would not cooperate. I spoke to my workers and they explained one flower tipped over which they did fix, they did a full rinse of the windows and doors as we always do, but unfortunately there were water spots after they left which we do not guarantee spot free windows or doors which we specifically state during the estimates. My guys also spoke to the home owner before leaving to do a walk around to have her 100% approval in which she fully did. The water spots that were on the car my guys did wipe off. Home Wash Tech strives for 100% customer satisfactory as all our past customers have seen as well as our future clients.

Robert was prompt and professional. He also gave me several pricing options. I had to do a double take to ensure I was pulling into the right driveway! The crew did an awesome job and the house siding looks brand new. The concrete sidewalks look amazing also.
