I know the other reviewers have given stellar reviews. But I'm a firm believer in what you pay for is what you get. I was not home when this work was done. Not sure that would have made a difference. My windows (11 of them) were just trashed with grit, maybe from the stones around the perimeter of the home and my grill covers were full of mud. An obvious observation of not moving them off the patio to the grass. I'm not new to having my home washed, but I have never had a mess like this. Also the concrete sill under a window was missed. My husband took care of that after the fact. My guess is that the owner was not here over seeing the job and perhaps had some new workers. Better luck next time.

    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them.
  8. Liens Search
    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
