Home Safety Services are undeniable the BEST Professional company to come to your home for just about anything. Joe was experienced, kind, finished the job and I feel much safer now. The staff are pleasant, very professional and friendly. I'll forever be grateful to the person who guided me to them. You'll find a lot of crooks trying to scam disabled seniors out of money.

We had shower bars installed in our early 20th century bathroom. The work was perfectly executed. Although our walls weren’t standard, the technician had all the right tools and expertise. We highly recommend this company.

Carlos was great. He had the three P’s I like to find in someone who comes to work on my home. He was PROMPT, calling me early in the time frame I was scheduled, then arrived when he said he would. He was PERSONABLE, which made me feel comfortable to have him in my home. And he was PROFESSIONAL, doing the work quickly and efficiently. It’s only been a few days since he installed the grab bars so I can’t tell if they will last forever but they definitely feel rock solid. I got them to make getting in and out of the bathtub safer and I feel certain they will accomplish that goal. I don’t have any similar work to do in my home but if I did I wouldn’t hesitate to call Home Safety Services again. P.S. He did not build or repair a disability ramp but Angi doesn’t allow me to choose the work that was actually done or write in the correct description myself.

The scheduling computer program had me confirm technician would arrive between 8-11 am. I called company at 12 pm, when tech had not yet arrived. They confessed and apologized that the glitch had occurred , and advised that tech is in my area, should call then arrive within 30 min, that window should have been 1-3 pm. Sure enough, Carlos called within 5 min, arrived in 20 min. Carlos offered advice of placement of grab bars in 2 shower stalls, and bars to hold descending our main staircase. I liked his advice, so he then expertly installed 8 grab bars in 3 locations. He knows his stuff.. I would use this companies services again, despite the delay in tech’s arrival time.

I had a problem with a stairlift in my home and couldn't find anyone with the experience to repair it until I contacted Home Safety Services. When I spoke with David on the phone he immediately recognized the problem and scheduled a service call. He called 30 minutes before the appointment to let me know he was on the way, showed up exactly on time and immediately began servicing the lift. During that process he discovered that the installation company had neglected to install an important switch and found other problems that needed attention. During the whole process David kept me informed about what he was doing. In all my adult lifetime I have never experienced the level of professionalism that David, and Home Safety Services, provided. In addition, the cost was very reasonable and less than I had expected. I would definitely call them again should the need arise and highly recommend them for any home safety needs.

A highly professional operation from scheduling to installation. Great service, Gonsalvo, the tech installed grab bars in 3 bathrooms. The workmanship was professional and efficient, the materials good quality. I felt the cost was fair and well worth the value. I would use them again if/when we get to the next level of elder care.

Ed was the tech who can to evaluate my 92 yrs old mother's bathroom. She had a concerns getting in and out of her shower. Ed was extremely kind to my mother. He explained what he was going to do, where he was going to place the bars. We agreed and Ed installed everything within the hour. After he finished the installation he showed my mother how to use the bars which was very helpful. I can't say enough about Ed and how extremely professional .he is. He was on time the cost was reasonable. He left everything just the way it was before he got there. We will definitely be using Home safety again. Thank you for making this so easy.

These folks literally bent over backwards to accommodate my extremely tight schedule requirements, and DIDN'T EVEN CHARGE EXTRA FOR THAT! 5 stars all the way !!
