The company and its employees were responsive and courteous. They kept us informed of our projects status at all times. The ramp installed at our mom's home is perfect and very sturdy. The custom handrail for the garage is long overdue! The accommodations make the house so much better and safer for mom and sister.

I asked about the walking surface and they did not tell me there are small ribs on the walking surfaces. Did not notice until my dog walked on it. Will contact them next week. After their explanation, it makes sense.

Great handrails. They took a little longer than anticipated, and I ended up calling about my potential delivery and installation. I made a reservation and was happy with the results. They look great! I expected to pay about $500 less than I actually paid, but they were made to order, so I understood the difference. Christopher was very professional and fast. We highly recommend!

I was given an incorrect value for my initial quote and was surprised at the difference in value once the corrected quote was received. However, once requested, the company quickly agreed to send me picture of the item that was accidentally selected to use in the initial quote and a picture of the item the company rep and I thought was selected and agreed upon. Though obtaining an incorrect quote was a bit off-putting for my first time using the company, the customer service was great, and the installation took place without a hitch.
