The level of customer service of this company is outstanding. When I called to inquire about the specific items I was interested in, I was met with such kind courteous treatment by the gentleman who answered the phone, and Janice, who arranged the order. Because we have a high, slanted ceiling, I was not sure if a transfer pole would work with our ceiling. However, Janice assured me that they do this type if installation and have the necessary equipment. The great service continued throughout the process and with the friendly technicians, Mike and Noe. Mike installed a safety transfer pole next to the bed and a few days later, Noe installed a grab bar to meet our specific needs. The quality of workmanship was excellent. Mike and Noe had the experience and skill to get the job done quickly and well. The prices are not inexpensive, but comparable to similar companies, If you don't have a skilled handyman or talented "do-it-yourself" relative, I would highly recommend this company to take care of what is needed.

Ed was very professional and compassionate! He offered different options that would work. Had to move to another apartment and they came and removed and reinstalled what we could. Would highly recommend!

We had four grab bars installed in the shower office ceramic tile. The technician was punctual, courteous, skilled, and did a very good analysis of how many bars we needed, and where, and explained why. He also left requested information about stair chair lifts, and gave pertinent information without being all at all pushy. The estimates came by email simultaneously, so there was no embarrassment about prices. This is one of the best experiences I've ever had with a service provider.

The ramp is excellent. The service was quick and professional. The price was atrocious. The price to purchase it is $12000. The installation and rent for the first three months is $5000.
