We had to wait 2 weeks before they installed the a railing and they kept giving the run around as to why it took so long. Originally, when the guy came out he left us with the impression that it would take 1 week. This was just a very simple one railing piece of metal for one step. We had used them before (several years ago) and had been very happy. We were definitely not happy this time and did not appreciate being given a bunch of garbage as to why they couldn't get their act together!

Custom fabrication of a steel railing and powder coating with both a primer and finish coat and returning to perform the installation typically takes 1 to 2 weeks from the time of ordering which we inform our clients of upfront. If it is a rush situation, we can sometimes expedite things. We regret that it required two weeks for this client as it sounds like they needed it sooner.

Tracy was very informative over the phone and helped me schedule a visit within the same week. Jim was very professional, efficient and thorough. He pretty much child-proofed my whole house (2-story home) in 6 hours from start to finish. He made great recommendation and did not pressure us to purchase items. I'd highly recommend this company to all my friends who are first-time busy parents!

The person who completed the project for me was very professional and personable. I didn't feel pressured to purchase products and I felt very confident about the work that was done. It was a great experience and I would definitely recommend them. It was a bit expensive but I felt like it was money well spent.

Home Safety Services did great work for me with a professional attitude and in a timely, clean manner. So in terms of quality of service I'd rate them 'Very Good'. The price, however, was 50-75% high than I thought it should have been

Martin was terrific. He was very responsive to my calls and questions. There was a slight problem with installation which was resolved very quickly. We've already referred him to other people. I will definitely use him again if the need arises.
