Very satisfied. They did a great job. Great cleanup after the job. It looks great. They were hear right when they said they would be.

Home-Kim Group was extremely responsive to my call. Their sales rep, Ken, was cordial, professional, and efficient. The work was scheduled quickly, accomplished on time at a very reasonable price, and in excellent fashion. In fact, two of my neighbors also contracted with Home-Kim on the spot. Great work! Ken responded to the request to replace a roof as a buyer for my home felt that would be required. Ken was extremely patient, thorough and took the time to explain everything he saw. The bottom line is that there was absolutely no need to replace, nor repair, my roof. He gave me a certification writing and charged me nothing. I was very satisfied, to say the least. While this company did not do any roofing, I would not hesitate to have them do work for me and recommend them highly.

Good crew and representative, timely and honest. A little pricey. One small issue was that an exterminator later made recommendations on water abatement at the gutter line that Home-Kim never mentioned. Other than that, good company (if we get through the winter without and roof leaks).

As much as I wanted to support small business, but I feel that the fee is quite high.
