They are excellent with dealing with slow and unresponsive insurance companies to make sure your claim goes through. The day of roof replacement, the roofers were punctual and efficient. They did a great job. I never thought I'd want to stare at my roof for hours but I really like the quality and style. They even upgraded me with high quality shingles. "Very punctual with great customer service. Sean and team showed up on site very early for my roof installation and completed the job on time. The Mello team are experts in roofing and it really shows- impressive attention to detail. After the work was complete and the team cleaned up around the house, I was able to walk around to inspect the area for debris and nails but found nothing. When I started my research on roofing companies, I started off with 11 companies in the area and down selected to Mello Contracting.
