I tried to hire a local company here in Brigantine. Hire local to support local business. The business came on a Sunday and said he would do the job on Monday ....well a week later no one showed up. I tried home advisor and High Tech answered... contacted me the same day.. and came the next day to give me an estimate. Awesome response! John said he would be here to do the work on Tuesday and there he was! The repairs looked Awesome! He called the day before as a reminder and confirmation that he would be there! Definitely will hire again when I need a new roof! Awesome!

Highly unreliable!!! We hired this company and paid them $500 to repair our leaking windows. The work was "guaranteed". Two appointments were scheduled and the company never showed nor contacted us to reschedule. After attempted repairs, our windows still leak and the company is unresponsive to multiple phone calls. We would never advise to hire this company. If HomeAdvisor would allow a zero rating, that is what this company would receive from us.

First off like to apologize for any inconvenience, but this job was never given any guarantee, Mr. Gary O. had a leaking window and we sealed around it, and what I told him is that if the window did continue to leak after the work was done I would deduct the $500 that he paid for repairs off the cost of a new window! He refused and has left this review. So Mr Gary we wish you the best here at High Tech and hopefully you will reconsider and allow us to install that new window to fix your issues.

John arrived at my home within 20 minutes to give me an acceptable estimate. He explained what needed to be done and arrived the next day, on a Sunday to complete the work prior to another storm coming in later that week. I appreciated his quick response and professional manner .

Sam came to my house on time and checked the scope of the work that was a small damage in an area around the chimney. He explained what was necessary to do and gave me an estimate. He was very kind in offering to better the price. We agreed on that and immediately he started to work on the project. He also went to the attic to locate any leaking around where the chimney goes to the roof and he sealed with silicone. And also checked the fasteners of the gutters adjusting some that were loose.He gave me a 2 year guarantee on the job. I am pleased with his performance. I recommended him already to my neighbors and I highly recommend Sam to anyone.Thank you
