Everything went smoothly from the estimate to the finished job. The project was done on time and there were no surprises. Soon after the job was done there was very heavy rainfall and there was no sign of any problems.

Happy with finished outcome and price, communication could have been better leading up to start of job . It was the holiday season and the weather wasn't cooperating so overall I would recommend them.

They responded quickly to assess my roof and quote a price, weather and the holidays delayed the project but once they started they did a beautiful job and kept in contact through out the process updating me on any extra work that was required. Im very satisfied with the job and would recommend them.

DO NOT HIRE THEM! They asked us for better feedback because they showed up, so we changed it. But since then they are bad news!

they did not return my phone calls and they did not complete the work that they promised

Thank you for the review, Cory, we apologize for any inconvenience. Cory hired us back in December, we told Cory that we needed a few nice days of weather to complete the project. We were then hit with a few storms as well as a blizzard. We told Cory we could not start the job with the way the weather was and needed to delay the project for a week, Cory told us he was going to hire another roofer to do the project. We are sorry that we could not complete the job for you, but the weather is not under our control.

This company took advantage of my elderly father. Ridge roof vent repair in August 2020, for $1070. December 2020 storm took shingles off the ridgeline in the area of repair. The company called, stated they would view the damage and report back. Several attempts to reach them by phone and email were not returned. Needed to pay another roofer $650 for additional work in the same area.

Thank you for the review, we appreciate every customer at HT Roofing. Patricia hired our company summer time due to a high winds that caused her ridge cap to blow off. We told Patrica that she needed a new roof because we could not warrant any repairs because the roof was in bad shape. She refused and had us repair the roof for $1070 with no warranty. She called us several months later after a Hugh wind storm explaining that she again had shingles missing, we told Patrica we would come out and give her a price to make repairs. She refused and told us not to come back to her property. We apologize for any inconvenience.

I called this company because I had a leak in my roof. They came out and gave me a estimate of $4000.00 to repair the leak. this was by far not the lowest estimate, however they had good reviews. They repaired a 10x12 area of the roof. They used 2 1/2 sheets of plywood and 3 2x4. when he gave me the bill it was an additional 1500.00 I said no way and he said he would split the coct with me. After all this money I thought I would have a roof that would not leak. When the next rain came it leaked worse than before, so I called them and they came out in 3 days to fix it. Comes the next rain and it now leaks worse than before, I had water all over my floor a real disaster. I am a senior citizen living on a fixed income and that was a lot of money to throw away. I will not have them back as I have no faith that they will fix it. I will get someone else to do a proper repair. The only thing High Tech about this company is their high price.

Thanks for the feedback, we want to apologize for any inconvenience, this customer had us do some roof repairs, upon opening the roof we found major damage and told the customer that he needed to replace the entire roof. The customer told us to do what we can to close up the roof and that is exactly what we did. We replaced several major support beams as well as 17 sheets of plywood. And then close up the section we work. No warranty is given on patchwork.
